Z4G is governed by its community through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), ensuring that every member has a voice. Our DAO isn’t just a formality – it’s the soul of the project, where you truly belong and are heard.

• Transparent, Democratic Governance: All major decisions – from fund allocations to project direction – are made via community votes. This democratic approach guarantees transparency and accountability, avoiding the trust issues of traditional charities where often less than 10% of donations reach their actual cause. With everything on blockchain, anyone can audit how funds are used, flipping the charity model to maximize impact.
• Charity Voting: Our DAO votes weekly on charitable initiatives and project proposals. Every week, staked Z4G holders can propose and vote on which community-based charity or solution to support next. Whether it’s funding a local shelter, an animal rescue, or disaster relief, the community decides where help is needed most. This regular cycle keeps momentum and engagement high.
• Global Voting App: In addition to member votes, we plan to launch a public voting app to involve the wider world. Our platform will also allow anyone, anywhere, to suggest charitable projects or problems that need solving. This opens the door for global participation, making philanthropy inclusive.
• Incentivized Participation: To encourage involvement, DAO voters and active community members might earn non-monetary rewards like badges, NFTs, or reputation points recognizing their contributions. Community members are empowered to volunteer and contribute because they have true ownership and influence in the cause. • Accountability: Smart contracts ensure that approved decisions are executed fairly. Funds designated by a vote will automatically be routed to the intended charity or initiative, removing middlemen and overhead.
