Z4G tokens are not being sold as investment products. We are not investment advisors, and you should not expect profit from the mere purchase of Z4G. • Utility Token, Not a Security: Z4G is intended to be a utility token for accessing the Spirit of Life ecosystem (governance, staking, community membership, charity voting). Participation is optional and based on the token’s utility and our shared vision, not on an expectation of profit.
• No Guarantees of Results: While we have outlined plans to “refund” presale participants over 10 years and to create value through our HyperPods and sanctuaries, these outcomes are not guaranteed. The success of Z4G depends on many factors – technology development, crypto market conditions, community support, regulatory approval, and more. There is no guaranteed return or profit. Any forward-looking statements are aspirational and may change. Participants should understand that they could lose some or all of the funds used to purchase Z4G tokens, as with any cryptocurrency.
• Worldwide Participation & Compliance: We strive to make Z4G available globally in the spirit of inclusivity. However, we cannot guarantee that our token is compliant with all laws everywhere. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that buying or holding Z4G is legal in their jurisdiction. By participating in the presale or token trading, you represent that you are not violating any laws. We have not registered Z4G under any country’s securities laws, as it is a community token; if you are in a country where token sales are regulated, you should only participate if you meet any applicable requirements or exemptions.
• Not Risk-Free: Purchasing and staking Z4G involves risks common to all cryptocurrencies and some unique to our project:
  • Market Risk: Crypto markets are volatile. Z4G’s value can fluctuate widely, and there may be low liquidity or high slippage when trading.
  • Project Risk: If the project fails to execute (for example, if a HyperPod cannot be built or sanctuaries cannot be established), the token’s utility and value may suffer. Only contribute what you can afford to lose.
  • Regulatory Risk: Changes in laws or government policies could affect the project. Stricter crypto regulations might limit how we operate or force changes in our roadmap.
  • Security Risk: While we take security extremely seriously (audits, multi-sig vaults, and other measures), no system is perfectly safe. Smart contract bugs or hacks could result in loss of funds. By using our platform, you acknowledge this risk.
• No Insurance: Funds used to buy Z4G are not insured by any government or bank. There is no FDIC or equivalent for crypto. We will do everything possible to safeguard assets, but ultimately users must understand the lack of insurance or guarantees.

• Tax and Legal Advice: We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. The tax treatment of crypto can vary. • No Warranty on Information: All information provided (including in our whitepaper and on this site) is provided in good faith for general information purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee everything is free of errors or omissions. The project is complex and some technical details may be simplified for presentation.
• Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Z4G team, Spirit of Life organization, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from participation in the presale or the use of our tokens/platform. This includes, without limitation, direct or indirect losses, financial or emotional, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Participating in Z4G is at your own risk.
• Not a Donation Receipt: Contributions to the presale are not charitable donations to a non-profit (even though our mission is charitable). They are payments to purchase a utility token and likely are not tax-deductible. We will, however, showcase the good that your participation enables (through our charity initiatives) to provide the sense of fulfillment similar to a donation, even if it is not classified as one legally.
